This article analyzes Einstein's concept of simultaneity in special relativity, arguing that it leads to inconsistencies when applied to a flowing model of time. The author contends that time is a succession of universal moments and critiques the idea of relative simultaneity as insufficiently relativistic. The analysis reinterprets classic thought experiments to argue that one inertial frame is privileged with respect to the events being timed. The paper concludes that time dilation supports absolute simultaneity and not relative simultaneity, challenging time-travel models and providing compatibility with quantum nonlocality.
