Abstract

This study presents experimental evidence that neutrons have magnetic monopole charge, suggesting a revision of Maxwell’s equations to a symmetric form and offering a possible explanation for quantum uncertainty and dark energy. Measurements using balanced test magnets near the equator revealed tilting behavior attributed to the Earth’s monopole magnetic charge. The calculated monopole charge for individual neutrons and neutrinos leads to a new framework for understanding electromagnetic fields, vacuum electric fields, and atomic stability. The paper suggests that vacuum fluctuations induced by tachyonic neutrinos account for quantum mechanics’ stochastic nature and the universe's accelerating expansion via repulsive potential energy.
